Hourly Parking Information

If you have a ride to the airport or you are picking up a passenger, the hourly parking lot is available for individuals staying 4 hours or less. Hourly parking is located on the 3rd level of the parking structure and can be accessed through the main entrance ramp. Terminals can be accessed via a crosswalk to each zone of the airport. Hourly parking fees are $1 per hourup to 4 hours and $24 per day for persons exceeding 4 hours.

Daily Parking Information

If you are going on a short trip or you know your stay at the airport will last more than 4 hours, there is also daily parking at Birmingham Airport. Daily parking is located on levels 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the parking deck. These locations will change during the remodel. Daily parking rates on these levels are $12.00 per day or $1.00 an hour if you stay less than 4 hours.

Extended Parking

If you are driving your vehicle to the airport and parking it for your entire trip you will need to park in remote parking at Birmingham Airport. Remote parking is located on University Avenue and Airport Drive. When you park in the Remote Lot, arrive at least 1 hour early as you will need to take a shuttle van to your terminal and vans operate continuously throughout the day. Birmingham Authority staff does monitor the Remote Lot and will assist with jump-starts and alternate transportation if necessary. Extended parking at Birmingham Airport is the most affordable way to park your vehicle for more than one day. Long-term rates cost $10 per day. This must be paid prior to leaving the lot.
